On the evening of August 9, 2025, at the “Space of Hope” chapel, His Excellency Bishop Jozafat Moszczycz of the Chernivtsi Eparchy ordained Viacheslav Perun, a native of the Stryi region and a candidate for the Society of Jesus, to the subdiaconate. Viacheslav Perun will soon begin his novitiate in Chernivtsi, which is the first stage of Jesuit formation. We sincerely thank Bishop Jozafat for his presence among us and for administering the ordination, and we congratulate Viacheslav, wishing him perseverance in his religious vocation.
